Shipping Zones & Rates
We ship vinyl records across Europe. All orders are shipped via tracked postal services through our logistics partner SendCloud. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 CET or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sale periods or new release drops, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always keep you informed via email if there are any delays.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging every order. All vinyl records are shipped in purpose-built record mailers with additional cardboard stiffeners to prevent bending and damage during transit. Multiple records are separated with protective inserts.
We use recycled and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible. If you receive a damaged item despite our precautions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
