72 Records is operated from Waversesteenweg 12, 1050 Brussels, Belgium. These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and grading information on our website are accurate. However, vinyl records are physical items and minor variations in color, cover art, or pressing may occur. Grading is performed to the best of our professional judgment.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Ordering

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We will send you an order confirmation by email, which constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or issues with payment verification.

If we need to cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods available through our payment processor Stripe. Payment is processed securely at the time of ordering. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the countries listed on our shipping information page. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
