I.   About Us

A small vinyl shop in Brussels, run on the simple idea that every record deserves a good home..

II.   The shop

72records started with a small wall of records in a corner of Brussels, and a stubborn belief that vinyl is worth slowing down for. No filler. No bulk bins. Just records we've listened to, cleaned, graded, and stand behind.

What's on the shelves shifts week to week. Some jazz pressings we waited months for. A run of soul 45s a customer sold us last Tuesday. A new electronic release that's barely been touched anywhere else. The thread that ties it together is taste, not category.

III.   The choice

Buying a record is a small, deliberate act. You hold it. You read the sleeve. You commit to listening — both sides, in order, on purpose.

Our job is to make that decision easy. Honest grading, listening at the counter, no rush. If you're not sure, we'll put something on.

IV.   The room

The shop is also a room. Listening sessions on quiet weekday evenings. DJ sets and small in-store performances. A pay-what-you-want crate by the door that turns over fast.

We work with independent labels, local artists, and other shops we admire. The point is the wider music ecosystem, not just our shelves.
